Gary Broderick, Jr., President
Gary graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Ornamental Nursery/Landscape Management. He uses his training to guide our team in everything from building backyard retreats to stabilization, erosion control, hydroseeding, and tree planting on construction sites.
For 30 years, Gary has worked with countless commercial contractors and residential customers in all project aspects, from design to install. That know-how translates to impressive finished products, as well as the ability to work with your schedule and deliver on time with minimal disruptions.

Lori Broderick, Vice President
Since January 1999, Lori has expertly managed payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She’s witnessed the company grow from one employee to a team of 20+, and takes pride in working with her family and seeing the next generation step into active roles. In her free time, Lori enjoys cooking, reading, crafting, and teaching REFIT dance fitness classes.
Liz Broderick, Commercial Estimator / Business Developer
Liz graduated in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design Build from Delaware Valley University.
Liz grew up working with her family in the business, holding various roles, starting with working on job sites doing landscape installs, hydroseeding, sod installs, riparian buffers, rain gardens, and nursery maintenance. She also has experience in commercial estimating, including project management, bidding new estimates, take-offs, and meeting clients.

Logan Broderick, Fleet and Shop Manager
Since joining us full-time in June 2023 , Logan has been instrumental in keeping our fleet in top working condition and ensuring timely material deliveries to job sites, along with hands-on landscape installations. Embracing the unpredictability of his role, Logan thrives on facing new challenges each day. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and tinkering with cars. An entrepreneur at heart, Logan also grows acres of pumpkins annually to share with the local community.
